Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is oddly organized with too much space dedicated to things that look nice but are not very useful and barely any storage available. However, the rooms have coffee, an umbrella, and all kinds of daily necessities, and they are truly marvelous.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the decor with ceiling frescos and modern amenities impressed me. The location, right at the entrance to the old city, was perfect for exploring. The only downside was the lingering smell from the kitchen below, but that didn't overshadow the overall great experience.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were filled with charming details like ceiling frescos and modern amenities, although they were a bit on the small side. The service was impeccable and knowledgeable, assisting us with local tips, although there were some minor hiccups like slow checkout and repeat requests for bag pickup. The prime location right at the entrance to Old Quebec made exploring the city a breeze. The dining options, though delivered to the room, were limited and not very flavorful.
The hotel offers exceptional rooms with a nice view of the front facing the street, beautiful and very comfortable. The service is very friendly and helpful, with staff fluent in English and French, ready to assist in various ways. The location is unbeatable at the entrance of Old Quebec, blending modern amenities with historical charm. The dining experience is good, with room service available, although some staff manners could be improved. The hotel's facilities provide added convenience and comfort.
The hotel's rooms were well equipped, super clean, very comfortable, and featured a beautiful terrace, but had some slight issues such as a faint smell possibly due to shared windows. The organization of the rooms felt a bit odd with too much space dedicated to aesthetics rather than functionality, and limited storage availability. On the bright side, the front-facing rooms offered a nice view of the street.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well equipped, super clean, very comfortable, and had a beautiful terrace at no extra cost, but the organization felt odd with too much unnecessary space and limited storage available.
The hotel's location is amazing, just outside the gate at Rue St Jean and within walking distance to the old part, castle, and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and unique with a shared window/wall allowing for a view of the sunrise. The service was excellent with knowledgeable and very pleasant staff. The dining experience was really delicious and extremely good value for money, and the facilities were top-notch. However, one room was charged $300.00 higher than the other, and the bath setup was not as expected.
